This website is operated by Arxus, an Australian supplier of commercial site equipment. Arxus Sentinel is the solar-powered CCTV product range supplied by Arxus for jobsite, civil and remote site use.

3. How we use it

Enquiry information is used to respond to your request, scope a suitable Sentinel configuration and provide commercial pricing. We may keep a record of the enquiry for ongoing project communication and standard business record-keeping.

We don’t sell or trade enquiry information. Where required to fulfil your request — for example, coordinating supply with a logistics partner — we share only what is necessary.

Submission of installer details does not create any partnership, approval, certification, endorsement, subcontractor arrangement, employment relationship or guarantee of referral work.

We may contact you to request further information or documentation. We may also remove or decline to use submitted details at our discretion.

9. CRM and Business Records

Information submitted through this website may be stored in Arxus’ customer relationship management system, email systems and business records for enquiry handling, follow-up, quoting, internal assessment and standard business administration.

If analytics, advertising pixels, CRM tracking scripts or form tracking tools are added later, this Privacy Policy should be updated before those tools are enabled.
