1. About this site

This website provides commercial information about the Arxus Sentinel range of solar-powered CCTV systems supplied by Arxus in Australia.

2. Product information

Tier descriptions, capability summaries and comparison content are indicative. Final specifications, runtime expectations, detection ranges and storage retention are confirmed in writing at quote stage based on the site, configuration and conditions of deployment.

3. Equipment Supply Only

Arxus Sentinel systems are designed, manufactured and supplied by Arxus Pty Ltd as equipment only.

Arxus does not install, commission, monitor, maintain, supervise, manage or provide licensed security services.

Any installation, commissioning, cabling, monitoring, maintenance, site works, security services or regulated work must be arranged separately by the customer through appropriately licensed third-party providers where required.

Arxus is not responsible for the acts, omissions, advice, pricing, availability, licensing, insurance, workmanship, safety practices or performance of any independent third-party provider engaged by the customer.

Where Arxus provides details of an independent third-party provider, those details are provided for the customer’s own assessment only and do not represent approval, certification, endorsement, warranty, agency, employment, partnership or subcontractor status unless expressly agreed in writing.

4. Enquiries and quotes

Submitting an enquiry through this website does not create a contract. Pricing and configurations are confirmed by a written quote, which sets out the commercial terms of supply.

5. Use of the site

You agree to use this site for lawful purposes and not to attempt to disrupt or interfere with its operation. Content on the site is provided for informational purposes; reproduction for commercial purposes requires prior written consent from Arxus.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Arxus is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on indicative information presented on this site. Statutory consumer guarantees that apply under Australian law are not excluded.
